My name is Delyse, and I am a qualified Level 5 Integrative Counsellor registered with the BACP. I believe that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings.

The name "Solstice" holds deep meaning for me. Just as the Summer Solstice marks a turning point—when we celebrate more light than darkness—therapy can be that transformative moment in your life. We honor our own light, release what no longer serves us, and set intentions for the journey ahead.

Like the sunflower, known for resilience and hope, I believe in turning toward the light even on cloudy days. The "Sunflower Theory" reminds us that even when the sun isn't visible, sunflowers turn toward each other for support. This symbolizes the community, mutual support, and strength we build together in therapy.
